Postage and returns

Postage.  £3.50 up to a £50 order value, then free.

We aim to send all packages out within three working days. Smaller items under 1.5kg are usually sent via 48-hour tracked Royal Mail. They often arrive in 2 days if ordered before 8am. Items under 500g will usually fit through a standard letterbox. 

If you require urgent delivery, please ask for a next day quote.

If an item has been delivered in error or damaged, please contact us, and we will do what we can to help.

Any delivery will be charged separately. Collection is free

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will ask you to return it to us unopened within 21 days of purchase for a full refund within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
