Well, what can I say, everyone's favourite steak. The rump steak is a lean piece of meat; however, it can have a thick edge of fat. It's not the tenderest, as it's moderately challenging, but full of flavour. It can be grilled or fried, but it's best to marinate it first so it doesn't dry out during cooking. From our well-hung animals, this steak is noticeably softer than any supermarket equivalent. Usually 4oz-5oz or 400g each so good for sharing. *Price is per vacuum pack, and the order will be corrected once it is finally selected.
